We care deeply about the animals in our care and have a thorough adoption application process. We have the right to deny any adopter if they do not meet our standards.

Small Mammals
Tapioca
With us since: March 2023
Tapioca was found dumped his cage with all the supplies, behind a shopping center. Tapioca loves to nibble on sweet potato as a treat, and mostly keeps to himself in his little cave. He is very handsome and likes to be pet once he calms down. Tapioca is male.
Curly & Larry
With us since: September 2023
Curly & Larry were found on the side of the road in a box. They both had minor skin infection that cleared up quickly and they are both doing well now. They are young, not quite full grown yet. They love greens and their fruit as treats. We would like to keep them together, as they were found together and get along well.
Odin
With us since: August 2023
Odin is a male rabbit. He was kept in a small cage with other bunnies and had many wounds on his back from being attacked. He healed up quickly and has been warming up to his new life! He has come out of his shell and is very active. He likes to be pet and is very sweet. He loves his greens and comes right up to you when he sees them coming, its the best part of his day! Odin would make a great companion.
Thor
With us since: February 2022
Thor was adopted from us at the end of 2022 after spending about 9 months with us. Since then, he unfortunately returned to us after his owner unexpectedly had a schedule change that did not give him the attention he required. He has now been with us for a total of 2 years. Thor likes to have lots of room to run around and a space of his own. He comes right to the cage to greet you and like to be pet. His favorite treat is banana and he loves his greens. While he isn’t very cuddly, he likes to be held sometimes and likes having his owner around to give him lots of attention. He is litter box trained and neutered.
Rocco
Rocco was found dumped in Lancaster County Park. His teeth were overgrown and was very underweight. He is doing great now and is enjoying time in his foster home. He has lots of bunny friends to hang around with! Rocco is male.
Winston
Winston was found with his buddy Schmidt (since adopted!) along the side of the road. He is a very lovable bunny, who likes being held. He is very sweet and has been enjoying his foster home and bunny friends there. Winston is male.
Cats & Kittens
Hope
With us since: May 2023
Hope came to us after being turned over by her previous owner. She was in an unfortunate situation, so she takes a little while to open up at first. Once she does, she is a sweet girl. She loves affection. One of her favorite things to do is sit in a window and watch everything going on. She likes to explore the office too. Since Hope can be a little nervous, a home with no small children or dogs would be best. She would do best in a calmer environment. Hope is fully vaccinated and spayed. She is approx. 4 years old.
Luna
With us since: September 2023
Luna is an approx. 4 year old, male cat. He is very laid back and sweet! He loves belly rubs and to be pet. We often find him laying in the sun, belly up. He does fine with the other cats but isn't very playful. He just likes to hang out, especially in a window or on one of the perches in the office. He would make a great, quiet companion to keep someone company. Luna is fully vaccinated and neutered.
Marley
With us since: March 2024
Marley was dumped on our office porch a couple weeks ago. He was perfectly healthy, luckily. He was settled in pretty well, though he still seems unsure of why he ended up here. He is very sweet and likes to be pet and get attention. He does well with the other cats and is overall a laid back cat. He is fully vaccinated and neutered. He is approx. 1 year old
Skittles
With us since: March 2024
Skittles came to us after she had complications while giving birth. She had had one kitten stillborn, but her finders then noticed how she seemed to be struggling hours later. We picked her up and took her to our vet right away. She unfortunately lost the other 2 kittens as well because one was stuck in the birth canal. Our vet did an emergency spay surgery before things got worse. Skittles recovered very well and settled in quickly with us! She loves to lay in our laps for attention. She is very sweet and laid back, often curled up by the window if she isn’t snuggling a staff member. She does well with the other cats. Skittles is full vaccinated and spayed. She is approx. 1 year old.
Lucifer
With us since: April 2024
Do you know which Disney movie has a cat that inspired his name?! Lucifer came to us with a UTI and blood in his urine. It was quickly cleared up with antibiotics and he is feeling much better! Lucifer’s favorite thing to do is sit in a window and watch everything going on outside. When he’s now in a window, he’s often sitting on the desk to lounge. He loves to be pet and always rubs upon our legs for attention. Lucifer does fine with the other cats, he doesn’t bother with them much at all actually! He has not been around dogs. Lucifer is neutered and fully vaccinated. He is approx. 3 years old.
